Summary of Business

i-CREATE aims to “design a co-living loop between people and nature” and develops the SATOYAMER project with this vision.
SATOYAMER is a brand that combines satoyama-sourced botanicals with behavioral design to create “habit-forming regenerative tea,” fostering regenerative cycles for individuals, companies, and local communities.

The project is built on three major social challenges:

increasing mental strain and disrupted daily rhythms among individuals and organizations,

urban lifestyles that are detached from nature, and

the degradation of satoyama landscapes caused by a shortage of forest and farm stewards.
SATOYAMER approaches these as interconnected issues, rebuilding relationships starting from everyday tea moments.

Our business consists of three pillars:

1. Product development and sales of regenerative tea.
We collaborate with producers in satoyama regions to create blends that contribute to forest and farmland conservation—Yame tea grown with minimal pesticides, lemongrass from the Goto Islands, mulberry leaves from Yamanashi, pine needles from Gifu, and more. These ingredients are paired with daily actions—morning, before meals, and night—offered as “OHAYO,” “ITADAKIMASU,” and “OYASUMI.”

2. Corporate wellbeing and behavioral-change programs.
We install tea stands in offices, establishing regenerative routines that support breathing, eating behaviors, and sleep rhythms through a cup of tea at morning assembly, before lunch, and before leaving work. Combined with workshops and training aligned with human capital management, wellbeing, ESG, and employer branding, companies can simultaneously improve daily habits and support satoyama conservation through a cooperative model.

3. Educational programs for children and local communities.
In partnership with schools and municipalities, we deliver classes where students experience the connection between natural principles and human life through plant observation, tea-blending, and fieldwork.

As a certified B Corp, i-CREATE is committed to ensuring that our business activities generate positive impact for society, the environment, and all stakeholders.
Based in Yatsugatake, Yamanashi, and collaborating with regions across Japan, we continue to co-create a future where “co-living begins with a single cup of tea” together with companies and local communities.
