Summary of Business

From a local hotpot restaurant in Inner Mongolia, Little Sheep have become a leading brand in casual dining and have brought Mongolian hotpot to customers all over China and even further. Established in 1999, the brand broke the hotpot tradition of “clear soup with dipping sauce” as in Little Sheep, the fine tastes of soup and meat need no extra. With the harmony of five flavors and seven Chinese herbal ingredients, “A pot of soup” and ”A plate of mutton ” have been the soul of Little Sheep and kept the legend for more than 18 years.
Known as the “Chinese Hot Pot in the Stock Market”, Little Sheep went public in Hong Kong in August, 2008. In February 2012, the brand proudly joined Yum! Brands Inc, China Division. Becoming a member of the grand group with over 7,600 restaurants in more than 1,100 cities and towns spanning every single province and autonomous region in mainland China provides Little Sheep a greater perspective with higher level operation ability. Holding the vision of making every life taste beautiful, Yum China (YUMC) became an independent, publicly-traded business company on November 1, 2016. Over the past three decades, it has become a leading restaurant business in China in brand awareness, social media and digital engagement, national supply chain management, product quality and innovation.
