At Sakimoto Bakery, we strive to create a premium type of shokupan (Japanese bread loaf) with handcrafted deliciousness. As of now, we have a total of 12 stores across Japan, out of which 6 stores are directly managed by us, and 6 franchise stores managed by our partners.

With the opening of our first store in Osaka in November 2017, we have a wide media exposure in various tv programmes and magazines. Out of the total of 12 stores, 6 are directly managed by us (5 in Kansai, 1 in Kanto), and 6 franchise stores which include 5 in Kyushu and 1 in Hokkaido. We have concrete plans to develop 3 domestic stores and 1 overseas stores by spring 2020.

Our signature product, the Gokubi NATURAL Shokupan, is made without eggs and milk, creating a mildly sweet, delicate taste of wheat as you bite into its chewy texture. The Gokunama MILK BUTTER Shokupan is made with specially selected milk and fresh cream from Hokkaido, combined with butter and honey, locking its full-bodied deliciousness from within. The daily specials such as the Kokuto Shokupan (available on Mondays), and Gokubudo RAISIN Shokupan (available on Fridays) are highly popular as well, with other seasonal items. 16 flavours of jams are also available among the 3 types of 「jewel jam」.

Pop-up stores and eventh booths are also effectively popular. They are almost sold out immediately in places such as Abeno Harukas, Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse, Ginza Mitsukoshi.

From savouring the very first bite to taking in all that flavourful aroma, we promise you an unforgettable experience. Our product brings joy and delight to the gifter and receiver.
