The signature beef soup of Duan Chun Zhen is used natural self-made oil fried from fresh raw beef which bringing consumers not only delicious but also safe food. The soup is slow cooked with scallions, ginger, garlic, and 24 kinds of Chinese herbs for 8 hours. DuanChunZhen is warm but does not scorch, oily but not greasy, in hopes of connecting Taiwanese cuisine to the world with beef noodles.

“Duan Chun Zhen”, a well-known Taiwanese beef noodle brand, inherited 1945 nostalgia, the flavor of happiness consumed by the heart. The taste of a 1945 dependents' village is a nostalgia flowing through the mouth and reaching the heart.
From Sichuan to Zhuqian a bowl is all it takes to carry the homesickness of a million miles away.
Duan Chun Zhen painstakingly prepared in accordance with a complex recipe, and the homemade noodle condiments and seasonings have retained the sweet flavor that is unique to Chongqing.
Duan Chun Zhen beef noodle is made with soup based on Chongqing old hot pot, using oil fried from fatty raw beef and added with all kinds of spices, creating and the famous sauté PixIan bean paste and fermented rice. Afterwards, pepper, hemp and around twenty three kinds of herb spices called the twenty three aromas in Sichuan were added.
It takes nearly eight hours to finish frying the base ingredient, which are then used to braise the beef and finally mixing the braised beef soup with the 5-hour-boiled bone broth to reach completion. Every bowl of soup does not come easy.
The exquisite, meticulously stewed broth is complemented by a variety of spices and Sichuan's renowned Pi County soy bean paste and 24 Chinese herbs.
