Bearing this vision in mind, we have successfully created a cheese tart with a unique texture and an exclusive taste. Since 2011, with our first store established in Umeda, Osaka, we have accumulated a total number of 9.5 million cheese tarts sold within 6 years. Within Japan, we now have 25 company owned stores and 19 franchise stores. We have also expanded out of Japan with 12 overseas stores (as of 2017/10/30). PABLO, the Freshly Baked Cheese Tart Store, is operated by DOROQUIA HOLATHETA Co. Ltd., which aims to combine food and entertainment through our marketing strategy, and odorokashi – a play on words which means desserts with an element of surprise. ドロキア・オラシイタ(DOROQUIA HOLATHETA) =アタラシイ・オドロキ(New Surprises). Our company name, DOROQUIA HOLATHETA, was created from an anagram of the Japanese phrase, atarashii odorokii, which means new surprises. We hope to bring smiles and joy to our customers by serving creative odorokashi, combined with our excellent hospitality and delightful showmanship. With our philosophy of bringing happiness to the world through odorokashi, a new concept of entertainment desserts is born.
