RB Rise Co., Ltd. provides integrated recruitment and retention support services for foreign workers, covering the entire process from hiring to post-employment follow-up. Focusing primarily on the Specified Skilled Worker system, we support companies in industries facing serious labor shortages, including food service, hospitality, caregiving, food manufacturing, agriculture, and construction, by offering recruitment solutions aligned with actual operational needs.

Our key strength lies in providing hands-on support from the perspective of a corporate headquarters HR department. Rather than acting solely as a placement agency, we work alongside our clients as a recruitment partner, supporting recruitment planning, talent pool development, interview coordination, visa application procedures, arrival assistance, and post-employment follow-up through a one-stop approach. This enables us to reduce hiring workloads and minimize mismatches between companies and candidates.

We also place strong emphasis on pre-employment preparation through local Japanese language education and screening overseas, allowing companies to better understand candidates’ language skills and work readiness before hiring. After employment, we conduct regular check-ins and provide multilingual consultation support, addressing both workplace and daily life concerns to promote long-term retention.

In addition, we offer “RB CAFÉ LEARNING,” an e-learning platform designed for foreign workers, which supports Japanese language learning and preparation for Specified Skilled Worker examinations. This system helps reduce on-site training burdens while enhancing language proficiency and job understanding, contributing to faster workforce integration.
