Jarman International provides niche globalization support services primarily for Japanese companies, helping them establish and sustain meaningful connections with overseas and foreign-national customer markets. Our services are distinguished by the integrated delivery of media, consulting, education and training, and language services, enabling end-to-end support that covers both the “entry” and “exit” points of international expansion.

In the media domain, we operate our owned media platform Deep Japan, through which internationally minded writers based in Japan produce reliable, high-quality content on Japanese culture, regions, and everyday life for overseas audiences. In parallel, we utilize targeted media selection and online community networks to effectively reach niche foreign audiences.

In the consulting domain, we help companies and regions identify and articulate their strengths and challenges, improve marketing messaging and service design for foreign customers, and develop practical, execution-oriented promotional strategies. Taking into account on-the-ground staffing and language constraints, we propose realistic, implementable improvements and provide transparent reporting, positioning ourselves as a long-term partner.
