A long-established lumber shop in Okazaki City, Aichi Prefecture with a history of over 100 years. We boast the ``largest inventory in Japan'' of over 50,000 pieces of solid wood from 150 tree species, sourced from all over the world by top connoisseurs. We maintain a rich lineup of solid wood that has been carefully selected by successive connoisseurs, based on the timber knowledge and experience that we have inherited over the years, and we propose ``one-of-a-kind items'' for all architectural spaces to meet the needs of our customers.

Professionals who deeply love wood are familiar with the characteristics and habits of each tree species both domestically and internationally, and they look at each solid wood piece by piece and suggest the most suitable material. Okazaki Seizai is packed with "living information" that cannot be determined by AI. In addition, we have a system that allows us to provide careful support, including post-delivery maintenance and after-sales follow-up, and as a group of wood professionals, we work together with our customers to move forward with wood.

Integrated production system
Okazaki Seizai handles everything in-house, from purchasing logs, sawing, drying, processing, selling (wholesale and retail), and shipping. Regardless of the size of the product, our in-house craftsmen carefully process each piece, and we are able to flexibly respond to sudden changes in specifications, adjustment of delivery dates, maintenance, etc. Depending on the property and product, we may also be able to undertake on-site construction.

Solid wood can warp or crack due to environmental factors such as temperature and humidity. Okazaki Seizai has faced many unexpected difficulties. However, this has now become a major strength, and we have accumulated a wealth of practical know-how and wisdom learned from experience. Nationwide support/construction record
We have a rich track record and can handle properties from Hokkaido in the north to Okinawa in the south.
In recent years, we have been supplying a large amount of solid wood to large properties and high-end spaces such as commercial facilities, hotels, and restaurants. In addition, an increasing number of properties are using solid wood in office spaces in the context of ``wooden offices'' and ``work style reform.'' Of course, we can also propose dining tables, counters, and furniture for general homes.

Okazaki Seiza's main business is as a lumber and building materials trading company, and the company not only proposes and sells building materials, but also has a large number of construction management supervisors on staff and is well equipped to undertake construction work. We can undertake a variety of construction work including woodwork, exterior roof walls, sashes, electricity, insulation and air sealing, furniture, external structures, and solar panels.
