Summary of Business

LINKFLOW was founded as a spin-off from Samsung Electronics and specializes in on-device AI and wearable camera solutions. By developing and manufacturing all products in-house, we maintain full control over performance, security, and reliability. These strengths are essential in public-sector and professional environments where accuracy, trust, and operational stability are required. Our mission is to enhance workplace safety, situational awareness, and evidence management across policing, security, municipal services, and industrial fields.
A core strength of our wearable cameras and video management systems is the ability to capture events quickly while maintaining strong data protection. Our portfolio includes devices that can be mounted on the body or on a helmet, combined with on-device AI designed to reduce workloads for field personnel. This integration enables secure data handling, real-time sharing, and efficient video and monitoring workflows, helping organizations improve both operational efficiency and information security.
At this exhibition, we are introducing the P3000 5G body camera, presented in Japan for the first time. The device supports real-time video sharing through 5G connectivity and offers automatic AI-based privacy masking. It is designed with durability and usability suited for professional operations. The global premiere of Helmet360 is also taking place. This lightweight helmet-mounted camera uses three camera lenses to provide 360-degree visibility for inspection and industrial tasks. In addition, our full lineup— including FITT360 VR and the P3000 series— is showcased with demonstrations of practical applications and on-device AI capabilities.
In Japan, industries such as private security, municipal services, construction, railways, and infrastructure require solutions that offer reliable video, simple operation, strong privacy protection, and real-time situational visibility. We have begun supplying products to the Japanese market and are strengthening cooperation with security firms, telecom operators, and public-sector organizations. Efforts to optimize products for local regulations and operational needs continue.
Our goal is to serve as a trusted technology partner supporting safe field operations and effective coordination. Beyond delivering devices, we provide operational support, AI customization, and assistance with compliance and safety requirements to ensure smooth implementation and long-term stability.
In Korea, strict privacy regulations once limited the adoption of wearable cameras in the public sector. We helped develop the market by creating AI-driven automatic masking technology and participating in regulatory discussions. After legal reforms in 2023 allowed wearable cameras in public operations, we achieved significant deployment as a leading Korean provider. This experience now supports our expansion into international markets, including Japan.
On-device AI automatically masks personal information in real time, reducing privacy risks before data leaves the device. This enables safe operation in environments with unstable networks or strict privacy requirements and has been highly valued in Korea’s public sector.
In 2024, we were selected as the sole provider for a national police body camera pilot project in Korea. The evaluation considered AI compliance, video quality, durability, and usability, confirming suitability for public-safety operations.
We have also received international recognition, including three consecutive CES Innovation Awards from 2018 to 2020, acknowledging strengths in 360-degree imaging, real-time transmission, and on-device AI.
Looking ahead, we will continue developing customer-specific models and strengthening integrated solutions. With accumulated expertise in wearable cameras and field deployments, we aim to support safer and more effective operations across industries and communities.
