Operating ramen restaurants under the names "Menya Iroha" and "IROHA RAMEN" both domestically and internationally. In addition, we are engaged in domestic and international franchise operations, consulting business, and retail business (domestic and international).
We began nationwide expansion of "Menya Iroha" as well as participation in events, steadily building a track record, and opened outlets one after another in ramen-themed parks across the country. We have also increased our recognition by participating in numerous food events. During this time, at the ramen festival "Tokyo Ramen Show," we achieved first place in sales starting from the very first event. Out of 11 times the event has been held, including four consecutive years, we have proudly won five times.
Currently, the popularity of ramen is not limited to Japan but is spreading worldwide, signaling a potential global ramen boom. In this context, through our franchise model, we have expanded six overseas stores as one of Japan's representative ramen brands. We are seeking the best partners in each region to help spread the excellence and enjoyment of Japanese ramen culture.
A distinctive feature of our franchise system is that we do not sell ingredients but only provide the brand and know-how, prioritizing minimizing costs by having partners source and cook locally. This approach is not merely for pursuing our own profit but is a style established from the strong desire to "work together hand-in-hand." However, we are fully prepared to provide maximum support for items that are difficult to obtain.
Recently, we have been developing a wide variety of Japanese dishes and proposing the concept of ramen dining, aiming to expand the scope of our partners’ business operations.
We are building and reinforcing a system to support partner companies, refining our know-how, and under the slogan "Let's brighten the world with ramen!" we continue our activities with the dream of making ramen a global standard.
