EL1 Keynote Speech Celebrating Establishment of IALD Japan "Light Creates Cultures"
Light has a large role in building cultures while it has various functions in our lives. In this seminar, Motoko Ishii will be introducing some of the lighting projects and events she has worked on, mainly with the ones involved with world's cultural heritage.

Improving the night view is drawing attention as a way to enhance the attractiveness of cites.
