This will be the 16th year for "ARCHITECTURE + CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS", a comprehensive exhibition of building materials and related products aimed at realizing a comfortable, healthy, and safe residential and commercial environment, including building materials for homes, stores and buildings as well as equipment and devices.
The event presents 251 companies exhibiting at 530 booths. The exhibition venue will be divided into "Building Materials and Related Products Zone" and "Healthy and Ecological Architectural Materials Zone" and new "Quake Resistant and Highly Durable Construction Materials Zone" to introduce various construction materials and related products. There will also be special projects to introduce leading energy and environment technology.

Comprehensive Exhibition of Construction Materials and Related Products for Building Architectural Structures in the City

Started as an expanded version of the construction materials division of JAPAN SHOP (Japan's largest trade show specializing in materials and systems for retail store) in 1995, ARCHITECTURE + CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS has been held every year since then. It has now grown into a comprehensive exhibition of materials and other related products indispensable for building various architectural structures in the city. The comprehensive range of exhibits includes all construction materials for housing, stores, commercial and business buildings as well as related systems and equipment.

Held with 6 concurrent exhibitions

Nikkei Inc. will organize seven exhibitions to be held simultaneously at the TOKYO BIG SIGHT for 4 days from Tuesday, March 9 to Friday, March 12, 2010. Other six concurrently held exhibitions are sure to attract widespread attention among people in smart card related industries. Over 250,000 visitors are anticipated for the seven exhibitions.

Special Exhibition "CANVAS JAPAN"

ARCHITECTURE + CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS 2010 will also feature a special exhibition called CANVAS JAPAN 2010 to meet increasing demands for canvas, awnings and tents.
